ALL last minute bids will add 10 minutes to the clock. Everyone will have fair opportunity to enter bids alternately until a final 10 minute timer has expired. Outbid notices will be sent instantly from the app. As you are bidding, if the item dollars turn BLUE, you will be winning at that time and it will be noted as such "WINNING". If your bid amount is NOT BLUE - you are NOT Winning. If your bid and the current bid are equal and not blue, you have have simply matched a previous high bidder's top amount. First high bid will be the declared winner at that time. So, with that said, it is to your advantage to enter your highest bid and be first at that price. You should also receive an email notice each time you are outbid. All winning bidders will be emailed an invoice shortly after the end of the auction. Please check your email for that invoice. Payment and pickup will be at the residence, TUESDAY, January 5th from 12:00 p.m. (Noon) until 7:00 p.m. All items must be paid for on that Tuesday.
