**MUST READ** Preview will be Friday - Saturday, August 21s and 22nd from 10:00-7:00 p.m. Payment and pickup will be Thursday, Friday and Saturday, August 27th - 29th from 8:00am - 5:00 p.m. The auction will begin closing August 25th at 6:00 pm with a 20 second window between items and 10 min extension for last minute bids. If you can not or are not prepared to pick up and pay for your items on the scheduled dates and times, please do not bid. Anyone may pay for and pick up your items. All items are old "As is", unless otherwise noted to be Good or Working. Buyer should inspect the property to their own satisfaction during the preview if possible. A loader will be available for most items. Some larger and heavy items may require the buyer to bring and/or provide special equipment to remove heavy and large items. Buyers must be prepared to to load, haul and remove their purchases accordingly. Once items are paid for and picked up, no refunds will be given.
