Description
** NEW STUFF YOU MUST READ ** - Preview day will Be Thursday, February 25th, from Noon - 6:30 p.m. Auction will begin closing Sunday, February 28th at 5:00 p.m. Lots will close in 10 second intervals. ALL last minute bids will add 10 minutes to the clock. Everyone will have fair opportunity to enter bids alternately until a final 10 minute timer has expired. For the fastest updates, please download and install our app "Midwest Auctions" onto your cell phone and log in to it at least once. Outbid notices will be sent instantly from the app. As you are bidding, if the item dollars turn BLUE, you will be winning at that time and it will be noted as such "WINNING". If your bid amount is NOT BLUE - you are NOT Winning. If your bid and the current bid are equal and not blue, you have have simply matched a previous high bidder's top amount. First high bid will be the declared winner at that time. So, with that said, it is to your advantage to enter your highest bid and be first at that price. You should also receive an email notice each time you are outbid. All winning bidders will be emailed an invoice shortly after the end of the auction. Please check your email for that invoice. Payment and pickup will be at the residence, Monday, March 1st from 12:00 p.m. (Noon) until 7:00 p.m. All items must be paid for on that Monday. If you buy a large heavy item(s), please bring a vehicle and help that is appropriate to remove the item(s). Payment may be made by cash, check or credit card. IF you fail to pay and pick up your items, they will NOT be held. They will be forfeit and you may risk having your account deactivated. Any accounts that are deactivated will require a $25 processing fee to re-open them, paid in advance. If you have any questions, please call me (or text). Geo. Sterling Eisele 620-779-5659 You can also stay up to date with us on Facebook under Midwest Auctions. Thank you.
