The contents are fully in tact. Nothing has been removed, taken or "picked over". During the preview, some amazing things were uncovered in many of these units. Preview: Thursday, May 19th, 12:00 (Noon) - 6:30 p.m. All units will be open and available for full inspection. If you take it out during the preview, you MUST put it back in the unit. Closing BEGINS at 5:00 p.m., Sunday, May 22nd in 30 second intervals between items, 10 minute timer extension for each last 10 minute bid. Pay and begin loading: Monday, May 23rd 10:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m. After 3:00 p.m., any unpaid units will be offered to the next highest bidder for payment and removal. Winning bidders must pay for the units and begin removal by 3:00 p.m. ALL units must be emptied by MIDNIGHT on the 23rd. Any units with leftover trash/debris will be assessed a $100 cleaning fee and the winning bidder will be locked out of future auctions until paid. It will be very clear you are winning. It will be blue and say “Winning”. You may enter a max bid and let the computer bid for you until you win or run out of money. A tie bid can happen when you match a prior max bid. First bidder with money in the system will be the winner. Example: Current bid and your bid is $50, but it’s black and red. Another bidder beat you with a max bid. Not blue, not winning. You need to be $51.
